TransAmerican Energy focuses on the exploration and development of oil & gas projects having interests in multiple oil & gas projects at various stages of production and development in both Canada the United States and Germany.

The company is aggressively buying participation in exploration and development fields located primarily in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma and Alberta. Management believes that exploration drilling in these highly prolific areas will continue to rapidly increase our production and reserves.

As the major oil companies continue to divest themselves of their non-core properties, TransAmerican Energy believes there will be significant opportunities to acquire prospects where it can exploit low risk missed pay and behind pipe reserves.
